The path to university is a journey of discovery, growth, and planning. We first support students through modular 6-session blocks, each with a clear purpose and outcome.
Step by step, families can choose what’s most helpful next.
In the application year, students who have completed an Admissions Strategy block can proceed to our University Admissions Mentoring programme.
Each block has 6 sessions and lasts 3–4 months (valid for up to 6 months). All are led by a Lead Mentor, with specialist mentors joining for 2 sessions to provide specialist perspectives and insights. This structure ensures we establish a strong working relationship and build a solid foundation before committing to the unlimited admissions consulting phase.

Students intentionally explore specific fields such as Finance, Psychology, Medicine, or Law. Students meet professionals and alumni to understand what these academic journeys and careers involve.
Students design and complete a self-directed project in an area of interest. This deepens learning and often creates a profile-worthy achievement for university applications.
Students receive training in key skills such as communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving — essential for both admissions and future success.
Students learn to manage stress, sustain motivation, and build healthy routines. They leave with a personalised resilience plan and tools to thrive during school and applications.
Tailored to the student’s target destinations (e.g. US, Oxbridge, UCAS, or combined). Students obtain a personalised admissions roadmap and readiness to begin applications.
The prerequisite to University Admissions Mentoring. Lead Mentors align UK or US university choices with a student’s strengths and values. This includes comprehensive profiling and a personalised admissions roadmap to ensure readiness for applications.
Overview of UCAS system, timelines, and admissions focus (subject/minimum requirements, personal statement, references). Exploration of popular university/course options.
Review academics, super-curriculars, and extracurriculars. Extract activities relevant to Supercurricular Activities (SCAs).
Focus determined by Lead Mentor. May include insider sharing from graduates, feedback on profile strength, or validation of course/university choices.
Student compiles tentative UCAS shortlist and SCAs. Lead Mentor works with student on work planning and action plan.
Present shortlist, SCAs, and recommended action plan (e.g. key deadlines, essay preparation, teacher engagement, workplan taking into account exam schedule).
Every block is tailored to the student’s unique needs and adapted according to the Lead Mentor’s recommendations. The outlines are suggested pathways rather than rigid itineraries.
Once students complete the Admissions Strategy block, they progress into our full Admissions Mentoring programme, working closely with their Lead Mentor through unlimited sessions across the admissions cycle. The Lead Mentor anchors continuity, while the wider team, including Specialist Mentors, provides additional input where needed. This ensures students benefit from continuity and breadth of expertise — and families gain confidence knowing there is a clear team in place, not reliant on a single consultant.

Students explore Oxbridge / UCAS courses and requirements, recognising the strategic significance in selecting reach, match and safety options that account for student ‘fit’.
Students reflect on the strength, depth and breadth of their academic and extracurricular profiles, identifying academic specialisations and activities that showcase their interest and suitability for their course(s) of choice.
Students unpack the Personal Statement’s role, choose academically-inclined themes, and master the structure and key components needed to craft content-rich, intellectually impressive Personal Statements.
Leveraging collated themes and personal stories, students detail their academic and extracurricular story in accordance with UCAS Personal Statement requirements and admissions expectations.
Students and Mentors review details of the UCAS application, making sure there are no mistakes in course selection, grammar, or any of the other features of the documentation to be submitted.
Students comprehend the interview’s role in the application and develop an awareness of the interviewers’ evaluation criteria. Students identify focus areas in the Personal Statement and acquire techniques for responding to specialised interview formats.
Every path is different. Here are three students who started at different points.
Nia began with a Discovery block (Economics) to test her interest, then a Skills Development block to sharpen her reasoning and essay-writing. In her application year she completed the Admissions Strategy block (Oxbridge focus) and moved into University Admissions Mentoring, adding Oxbridge Interview Prep.
